Me figuring out yet another way to incorporate cottage cheese into every meal 🥰
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
½ cup cottage cheese
3 tbsp tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1–2 ice cubes
Directions:
Blend until smooth, dropping in ice cubes last to make it extra creamy
