COP CHARGED WITH STALKING - An officer with the Salt Lake City Police Department was charged last month with stalking his ex-girlfriend after she broke up with him. Officer Todd Douglas Goodsell, who has been with SLCPD since 2019, was charged with stalking by the SL County D.A., arrested by Sandy Police, and booked into the Utah County Jail. SLCPD confirms that he is on paid administrative leave.
