#AD The New Year is here, and I’m all about embracing simple changes that benefit my health. My morning routine includes a little movement t vake up my body, followed by a creamy smoothie made with AlmondBreeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk to fuel my day. Not only is i delicious, but hello, more calcium and fewer calories than dairy milk! Plus, it tastes so good that it has become a family favorite.

Recipe:
For the purple layer:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana (can be frozen)
1/2 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon honey
For the green layer:
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk
1 cup frozen pineapple, mango and/or peach
1 banana peeled (can be frozen)
1 tsp of honey( optional)
