I had the pleasure of working with Michelin-starred Chef Frankland Lee of immersive sushibyscratchrestaurants at their award-winning pop-up hidden inside of the beverlywilshire. Chef Lee showed me how fashion inspires his innovative omakase experience, as he styles each piece of the 17-course nigiri using different colors and textures.
