Step 2: Write for 3 pages a stream-of-conscious brain dump
(If you don’t know what to write, write “I don’t know what to write” until you have another thought.)
Step 3: Move on with your day
Giving the bad dreams, worries, grudges, to do lists, frustrations, ideas, challenges, and anything else that comes to mind a place to live other than your brain prepares you for a more open and creative mind.
