Want to know how Ryval Studios got our start in sports?? It was 2019 and I was burnt out on doing corporate video and had the pipe dream of getting into sports videos. But I had no clue how to do it, or if it was even possible. That summer, I had gotten hired to make a video about a high school football player committing to play at Texas A&M and thought it turned out pretty good. Maybe a college football recruiting department might like this, I thought? Who knows, but it was worth a shot. I spent the next several months cold emailing every college football program in the midwest region with my new video. Surely everyone would be chomping at the bit to work with me, right? Wrong.
