I don’t always get it right, but I always try my best 🫶🤍 and I’ve found Nora Ephron’s analogy of plastic vs. glass balls to be such a helpful framework for balancing parenthood and a career and for evaluating the best right spend of time and energy where they matter most. In an ideal world, I’d keep all the balls in the air. But it’s not realistic.
