Been silently GRINDING over here 😤 Sitting ~5-6 pounds lighter since I started my cut. It’s been years since I focused on body composition and here are a few of the biggest things I’ve learned along the way: 1. Your body is not meant to be in a deficit forever. I’ve spent the last 7-8 YEARS focusing on performance and building muscle, which allowed me to build my maintenance calories to ~3000-3100. In doing so, I’m currently cutting around 2400-2500 calories. This is a finite phase that I won’t stay in forever 😉 2. PATIENCE. PATIENCE. PATIENCE.
