In a sport built on stats, performance, and constant pressure, mental health can often take a backseat. But behind every player in uniform is a person — navigating self-doubt, expectations, failure, and personal growth.
Baseball is a game of failure — even the best only succeed 3 out of 10 times. That’s why conversations like these matter. Because taking care of your mental health is just as important as training your swing or your arm.
