I met so many creators and businesses that are working all in their own way to help solve the climate crisis and heal Mother Earth. I was truly reinvigorated 💚 BUT…the most undeniable part of the week…The FOOD 🤤 there can be disconnect between what we eat and how we can help the climate and nothing underscores the connection better than plant based food that feels likes a culinary privilege rather than a chore.
