This weekend's parade for the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army — which corresponded with President Trump's 79th birthday — turned out to be a damp and relatively low-key affair.   But, Washington Bureau Chief Susan Page writes that the "No Kings" marches it sparked are largely consequential.   "Photographs of protesters across the country filling plazas and marching across bridges were reminiscent of scenes from historic debates over the Civil Rights Movement, the Vietnam War and more. The American Civil Liberties Union, one of the sponsors of the demonstrations, estimated that 5 million people participated," Page writes.   "After an aggressive start by the 47th president that has shaken up the federal government and the nation's global alliances, June 14 may have signaled the start of a new chapter of his tenure." #Trump #MilitaryParade #ArmyParade
