📖 STORY TIME 📖 In 2019 the daytonatortugas reached out to me to ask me to come on board and be their In-Game MC for the 2020 season as we were looking to save the franchise and keep affiliated milb baseball in Daytona with an uncertain future. On the day when I was heading to the field to do some press release work for my new position, which they had never hired before, the COVID-19 epidemic cancelled everything , including my 60 home game schedule. I was devastated. Fortunately, the team survived the reorganization of MiLB and I had the chance to come in to start working with the low-A reds mlb affiliate. It felt like the opportunity of a lifetime to get to thrill that Daytona Beach, and I poured my heart and soul into creating a wildly entertaining show around a cool baseball game at an historic stadium for 2 years.
