When we launched the Build Courts Not Walls campaign in 2016—during Trump’s run for office—it was more than a slogan. It was a mission to stand in solidarity and use basketball as a tool for unity, connect, and uplift communities. Today, as we witness a heartbreaking rise in deportations, we stand firmly with every hardworking immigrant family. We send our love and prayers to all those suffering. We see you. We support you. We are with you. This moment brought us back to one of the most meaningful trips we’ve ever taken #NOBorders with our VBL, pumahoops and elhoopbus fam, we rebuilt a basketball court right on the border.
