Verlailey’s: A holiday tradition like no other. Many of you know that I may homemade “Bailey’s Irish Cream” around the holidays for friends, family, and coworkers. It’s MUCH better than the store-bought stuff. This year, the pandemic forced different protocols for making this magic elixir, including getting a negative covid test beforehand, but I’m so glad that I could deliver holiday cheer all over the KC metro this weekend. A couple of notes: - The name Verlailey’s was crafted by the late, great, Rob Madden, who we lost this year. RIP. - Yes, I will share the recipe. - I learned how to make a dairy-free version for my lactose-intolerant friends. - Shout out to dclausen2 for making my logo. It elevated the whole experience. - Like St. Nick, I delivered to 14 households and drove 75 total miles to deliver these gifts.
