Aidan Delehanty of AU Swim & Dive completed the backstroke leg of a school record-setting relay at the Patriot League Championships as a freshman in 2022. Next thing he knew, he was bed-ridden for weeks with achalasia, a rare swallowing disorder that had caused him to lose a significant amount of weight.
