The Art of Speed: Blur the lines of past and present at 24h Le Mans 🏎️ The first #BMWArtCar by Alexander Calder, the 1975 BMW 3.0 CSL, was also the first Art Car to enter the legendary 24-hour race in Le Mans. Since then, BMW has continued to present its rolling sculptures by Warhol, Lichtenstein, Stella, Koons and Holzer on the racetrack, including last year’s BMW M Hybrid V8 by Julie Mehretu. This year, follow along bmwmmotorsport for June’s endurance racing highlights; the Le Mans race week will be immediately followed by two more 24-hour classics at the Nürburgring (GER, 21/22 June) and Spa-Francorchamps (BEL, 28/29 June).
