Today marks the start of Men’s Health Week 2025 (June 9 - 15) a time to raise awareness about the physical and mental health challenges men face.
Let’s be honest - most men don’t like going to the doctor. But staying on top of your health matters. Regular checkups, prostate exams, testicular self-exams (especially for men ages 15–35), and even scheduling that colonoscopy - it’s all part of showing up for yourself and the people who count on you.
But health isn’t just physical. Men often struggle in silence with stress, depression, and anxiety. It’s time to tear down the stigma. Vulnerability isn’t weakness - it’s strength.
So this week, we’re encouraging men to move their bodies, eat well, get sunlight, journal, laugh, connect, ground themselves, and yes - even snuggle their pets. Take care of yourself, because the people who love you need you at your best.
