Protests in Denver led to some violent encounters with local law enforcement during protests on Tuesday, June 10. The protests and marches were meant to show solidarity with Los Angeles, where President Donald Trump sent the National Guard and United States Marines to quell outrage with Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrests and deportations. About 1,500 protesters gathered at the State Capitol Building in Denver on Tuesday evening, according to Colorado State Patrol, before splitting into two marches.
