ROASTED HONEY GARLIC CARROTS, CREAM OF MUSHROOM AND SHORT RIBS I got short ribs from Mayar’s and arracharra from Estacion. Threw that over some lump coal in a Weber grill. I also whipped up cream of mushroom, honey garlic roasted carrots and asparagus. The little garlic knots were also from Estacion. This right here was the perfect BUSSDOWN!
