What an honour to give the keynote speech at the World Expo, Women’s Pavilion in Osaka, Japan on Women in leadership. The power equation isn’t balanced when women simply occupy positions of power. It’s balanced when the very definition of power evolves to reflect our values, our perspectives, and our vision for a more equitable world. The future doesn’t need our permission. It needs our courage. Massive thank you pantherhouseinc and _john_ryder_ for coming all this way to support me, keeping me on track during training camp and to the wizard annasvwest sleep2perform whose meticulous flight plan ensured I stayed on a time zone that made sense. #worldExpo2025 #Osaka #WomenEmpowerment #TheSistersClub #BreakingBarriers
