The Highlander’s varsity soccer team took on Herndon on Thursday night looking for revenge after last year’s loss to the Hornets. They were able to achieve this feat with a 1-0 victory. “The key [strategies] today were having good energy, our defense being great [and] focusing on not letting [Herndon] score, [so] we’re bound to get at least one goal and win,” senior forward Joe Margita said.
