'I wasn't expecting to make beer for chemical engineering' 🍺 For #BeerDayBritain, we’re spotlighting our Engineering Science (oxengsci) students brewing beer as part of their Introduction to Chemical Engineering module earlier this year. Students have been getting hands-on with key biochemical and process engineering concepts - like fermentation, heat transfer, and fluid flow. The activity is part of a Coursework Module required by IChemE as part of their degree accreditation.
