As a pediatric audiologist who has grown up hard of hearing myself - I know this to be true 🤟🏽 Function + Fun = CONFIDENCE🙌🏽 Let them share their feelings and thoughts about communication, friends, providers, colors, when they do or do not do things - then make a game plan together. Of course keep some boundaries and guidelines but children are told no/what not to do CONSTANTLY!
