T O N Y S 🎭 In 2017, I was honored to receive a recognition by the thetonyawards and carnegiemellon as a Theatre Educator. Theatre is such a beautiful escape into the world of stories and words that most of us avoid in our real lives. It’s role to simply play the mirror into your psyche. But also to entertain and engage. It is the reason I continue to use theatre as a way to inspire and transform and open the door for people (young, and not so young) who avoid the stories in their own lives. But once they face them, through character, reflection and honest storytelling - they grow.
