Upper body push-pull session today 🫶🏽
Lately I’ve been shifting my focus toward mobility and agility adding more calisthenics into my upper body work to complement my boxing training. I’m not trying to be locked into muscle I want to move like an athlete, not just look like one. Too much mass without movement can slow you down.
Here’s what today looked like:
1. Pull-ups + straight leg raises
2. Dumbbell incline press
3. Face pulls
4. Bodyweight dips
5. Lateral raises
6. 2-mile run to finish strong
