America doesn’t have a talent problem. We have a talent pipeline problem. We’ve built a whole system to take a kid from Pop Warner to the NFL… But what about tech? Healthcare? Trades? AI? We leave too many young people guessing—and it’s costing us our future. We need a farm system for jobs. Starting in K-12. Backed by business. Connected to real careers. Let’s stop treating young people like problems—and start treating them like draft picks. They need a coach. A bench. A playbook. Just like we’ve done in sports, music, and the military.
