Sweet, sweet justice. 😮💨
#LandBack: The Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis have reclaimed 3.5 acres in Lewis County, Washington, which includes the infamous “Uncle Sam billboard,” known for displaying far-right political messages for over 60 years.
The double-sided sign, once owned and operated by Alfred Hamilton, has featured a range of controversial statements, such as abortion, LGBTQ+ rights and the war in Ukraine. Hamilton passed away in November 2004 at the age of 84.
Now, the billboard belongs to the Chehalis Tribe, who plan to remove the existing messages and are considering future uses for the space.
What would you write on the billboard?! 😂💭⤵️
