6 strict deficit handstand push ups.
Pace on the row was meant to be around 2k pace (for me 1700-1800cal/hr) and ski a bit slower (1500-1600cal/hr)
Adjust the reps so you get about 45 seconds of rest. Itโs not a lot, but itโs enough!
