Getting some engine work in. This rigs gotta be ready to put out in August at worldfitnessproject in Mesa! ๐ŸŽ๏ธ๐ŸŽ๏ธ๐ŸŽ๏ธ These intervals got a bit harder than I expected. E2MOMx6 24 cal row 6 KB hang clean 2x32/24kg -rest 5 min- E2MOMx6 20 cal ski 6 strict deficit handstand push ups. Pace on the row was meant to be around 2k pace (for me 1700-1800cal/hr) and ski a bit slower (1500-1600cal/hr) Adjust the reps so you get about 45 seconds of rest.
