I’ve been in La Jolla long enough to remember when you could find parking at Windansea on a Saturday without looping the block. Now? You learn to time your beach walks and dinner plans because more people are catching on to what we’ve always known. La Jolla isn’t just beautiful. It’s one of those rare places where you feel like life slows down in the best way, even when the world speeds up around it. Of course, growth comes with some changes. There’s more traffic near the schools. A few more surfboards on the racks. Open house lines that didn’t used to be there. But honestly?
