This homemade pico de gallo is bursting with juicy tomatoes, Vidalia® onions, zesty lime, and just the right kick — aka the ultimate warm-weather dip, topper, or snack.
Scoop it up with chips or spoon it over grilled chicken, tacos, or avocado toast.
1 lb tomatoes (approx. 4 medium tomatoes), diced
1/2 medium Vidalia® onion, diced
1 jalapeño pepper, diced (remove seeds for less heat)
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
Juice from 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a medium-sized bowl. Stir well. Enjoy immediately or cover and refrigerate overnight.
