After months of marathon training (aka lots of mindlessly eating everything in sight😂), I’m shifting into a more intentional season, focusing on feeling good in my body, leaning out, and supporting my PCOS!
I’ve been prioritizing protein (most meals are 40g+), and it’s been a great reminder that it really makes a difference for energy, fullness, and reducing cravings.
Nothing extreme, just simple meals that support my goals and my PCOS. ABSOLUTELY NO restriction or overthinking, just better choices one day at a time.
