From Hope to the big stage 🎭 🎥 (and back!) Lydia Ruth Dawson '13, an English Literature and Musical Theater alum, is back at Hope this summer, performing with @hopereptheatre as Mary in Mary Poppins! Her impressive post-Hope career includes performances Off-Broadway, on National Tours, in TV and Film, and even with the American Ballet Theatre. "While at Hope, I was given the tools I needed to hone my craft while simultaneously discovering and expanding my own creative sensibilities. It was a safe space to learn and play and experiment and fail. Hope’s liberal arts education greatly enriched and contributed to my creative growth.
