“No Kings” protests are happening across Oregon and the rest of the country Saturday to protest the Trump administration on the president’s 79th birthday. Multiple protests are scheduled in Portland, the largest of which is starting in Tom McCall Waterfront Park at noon. Hundreds gathered near the Oregon Convention Center in Northeast Portland Saturday morning.
