Capital W. Audi Field will always hold a special place in our hearts. Many memories covering DC United there… but this time we were welcoming Juventus. Unexpected and a bit surreal. But they came in and delivered. 5-0 to kick off their Club World Cup campaign. Many might overlook it because of the opponent, but anything less from them would’ve likely been a disappointment. Either way, seeing one of the most historic clubs in the world roll through our capital was a sight to behold, and a memory that’ll last a lifetime for many in the District. For us, it was great to see some familiar faces from our trip to Turin a few months back.
