Moon Mountain Trail - Eugene, OR I decided to spend my last morning in Eugene taking a short trail walk at sunrise. After waking up at 4 AM, walking up what felt like miles of hills to a Floridian, and making it to the top of the trail (where an ignored google review was quite right about the awful view at the overlook), I was reminded to enjoy the process of creating as much as the result. Even though I didn’t get some kind of banger sunrise shot that I had originally envisioned, I still enjoyed myself and left with a memory and a few photos that I was proud of. I think that one of the most important parts about being a creative is to enjoy the mundane as much as the extraordinary, and that’s a quality I find in those I look up to the most.
