The Eastern Carolina Injury Prevention Program - Safe Kids Pitt County teamed up with the Town of Winterville for our Cycle & Serve event, an all-ages bike rodeo that brought the community together! Over 100 participants were fitted for helmets, learned bike safety rules and showcased their skills at the Hillcrest Park Traffic Garden. A huge shoutout to the Department of Transportation Office of HBCU Outreach interns for their support in making this event a success!
