Top of the day! Today’s session will focus on strengthening the functions of the hip: rotation, abduction, adduction, flexion, and extension. We’ll keep things simple while incorporating resistance into each movement.
Key points of emphasis will be execution, control, and achieving a full range of motion.
I enjoy sessions like this as they serve as a “tune-up” day, blending mobility work with some light cardio.
