Need A Shooting Conditioning Drill? (Try this at the end of your workout!) πŸŽ’πŸ§ͺπŸ’« 1. Catch and shoot corner 3pt Shot. 2. Pin Down 3pt wing shot. 3. Either a rip through 1 dribble pull up or a rip through 1 dribble punch dribble midrange pull up. 4. Lastly a full court baseline touch sprint back to a transition 3pt shot. 5. Repeat for 1 minute and 5 seconds The goal is to make at least 10 shots. The key is to have a great pace or you won’t get enough shots up. You will go twice on each side.
