Former #NFL wide receiver #HenryRuggs was temporarily released from prison to speak at a “Hope for Prisoners” event in #LasVegas, where he publicly apologized for the 2021 DUI crash that k-lled 23-year-old Tina Tintor. Ruggs, who is serving a 3-to-10-year sentence, expressed deep remorse and shared that he had been “escaping from something” at the time of the crash.
