#TSRTrialWatch: Today in court Special Agent #DeLeassaPenland continued her testimony. She was in charge of analyzing data and charts from Diddy’s case for accuracy. During her time on the stand, the jury viewed videos from multiple freak-offs. The videos were not visible to court audience or overflow rooms. The jury wore headphones. Prior to the agent taking the stand, Diddy’s former assistant #BrendanPaul took the stand to invoke his Fifth Amendment right. The judge said according to the current timeline they could possibly give the jury their instructions next week. This is the step that occurs before jury deliberations.
