Even if the floor plans are nearly identical, things like ceiling height, natural light, kitchen layout, and subpanel safety dramatically impact rentability.
👉 The upstairs might bring in $700/bedroom, but the downstairs? More like $600—plus a higher vacancy rate.
This is why walking the property (or sending someone you trust) is crucial. Algorithms won’t show you this stuff.
