In today’s edition of #10Things, we’re riding into the f1movie (“F1 The Movie”) premiere in New York with actor damsonidris (Damson Idris). “By the end of it, we felt like we could actually compete against some of the drivers. We’d still lose, but we could compete,” says Damson on training for his role in the film. 🏎️🔥 “This means everything. My entire life I wanted to be an actor. I wanted to tell important stories. And I had a compulsion to connect to people all around the world,” says Damson. “But more importantly, my mom is going to get to see it. So hopefully I’ll make her proud, and hopefully I’ll make so many of the people I’ve been following in my career proud too.”
