I get the good fortune of cooking alongside my super talented buddy dmcsquared of jacobssteakhouse at the annual “Beef, Barbeque & Bourbon” event while enjoying world class salmon fishing. traegergrills sent some grills up on a barge to help make my meals delicious. I know chef blainerobinson & his team will get great use out of them all season. The friends we have met over the years have become very important close friends of ours, and we look forward to returning each year to meet all of the returning guests. I tell people this is a 5 star lodge in the middle of nowhere which makes it an absolute dream. Truly a bucket list trip for anyone considering.
