Silky-smooth Elyx vodka, delicately sweet sorbet, fizzy champagne…
It’s a celebration in a cup, frankly.
→ Ingredients
30ml of Absolut Elyx vodka
15ml of lemon juice
10ml of grenadine
50ml of champagne
1 scoop of strawberry sorbet
Lemon zest strips (garnish)
→ How to make it
1. Pour the first three ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
2. Shake hard then strain into a chilled copper coupe (or martini glass).
3 Add a generous scoop of strawberry sorbet.
4. Pour the champagne over the sorbet..
5. Garnish and serve with a spoon ✨
