Director of Campus Ministry Fr. Chuck Frederico, S.J., is a professionally trained chef, and one group of freshmen asked him throughout the school year for a cooking lesson.
Earlier this month, in something of an end-of-the-year celebration, Frederico showed the group how to make a delicious Rigatoni dish at our Center of the Arts kitchen, which the group then enjoyed before setting off for summer.
