The Jefferson Workforce Development Program is creating career pathways in healthcare for Philadelphia high school students like Ashley Perez. In partnership with @philly_schools and @esperanza_college, students receive hands-on training, real-world experience, and the opportunity to enter the workforce as Patient Care Technicians or Medical Assistants at no cost to them.
