“One Day or Day One” Not just a phrase, but a mentality. There’s that spot you want to be at job wise, life wise, body wise, but you don’t know how to get there, so it just gets pushed off. There’s only one answer: Just Start. You don’t have to have a perfect plan, a perfect day to start; You just need to start. All of these people and many more have had different circumstances: life, jobs, family, kids, college, military, etc. Different life, situations, different challenges, but there was one thing in common: they wanted to improve and just started. I gave them a plan, they executed, and we adjusted on any challenge that showed up. The main part of this is that none of them are done. This isn’t an end result, it’s just where they are now.
