COLLEGE BASEBALL HALL OF FAME!!! Middlebury Athletics Hall of Famer and 1910 graduate Ray Fisher will be a part of the 21 inductees for the Class of 2025 for the College Baseball Hall of Fame!
The late Fisher, who will be inducted as a coach, hit the mound for the Panthers before embarking on a 10-year professional career that included leading the Cincinnati Reds to their first World Series Championship in 1919.
After retiring from professional baseball in 1921, Fisher embarked on a 38 year career at the helm of the University of Michigan baseball program, leading the Wolverines to 661 victories, 15 Big Ten Titles and the 1953 College World Series crown!
