Top of the day, y’all! Yesterday, I got mic’d up for a leg workout with Coach aliesiaboraz. I’m taking you along for the ride to show what leg day looks like for us as we focus on building strength, improving stability, and continuing to thrive on our running journey.
This has easily been my favorite workout over the past few months. It targets all the major leg muscles while paying special attention to tendon and ligament health. A truly complete and well-designed leg day. Great work, Coach Ali! 👏
