I used to think rest was weakness.
Like if I wasn’t grinding 24/7, I was falling behind.
Truth is I was just afraid to sit still. Because in the quiet, you hear everything.
The doubt. The pressure. The parts of yourself you’ve been running from.
A while back, I hit a season of solitude.
Not isolation, but real reflection.
No noise, no distractions… just me, my thoughts, and my breath.
I realized: I don’t always need to push harder. Sometimes I need to listen better.
Stillness taught me more than the hustle ever could.
Now I move with intention, not just momentum.
I rest with purpose. I train with peace. I listen when my mind and body speak.
Men’s mental health matters.
And sometimes the strongest thing you can do… is slow down.
